Biography |
A highly analytical and detail-oriented mathematics subordinate with a robust background in both pure and applied mathematics. Over the years, my academic journey has shaped me to develop a deep interest in tackling complex problems and exploring abstract mathematical concepts. My goal is to leverage mathematics using my mathematical expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in real life problems through research or practical industry applications and deriver impactful results. |

Scientific Profile |
Department of Mathematics, Comilla University, Cumilla. Master degree in Mathematics Thesis: Investigating Molecular Insights in Medical Images through Matrix Decomposition Techniques. This thesis consists of the analysis of matrix decomposition techniques, particularly Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) combined with K-means cluster, within the domain of machine learning (ML), for quantitative analysis, and meaningful interpretation of various digital images, with a specific focus on Raman microscopic image data of biological specimens. Raman images were compressed without deteriorating their quality and reduced applying SVD/PCA. Both SVD and PCA combined with K-means clustering were applied into the Raman images of rat liver tissues comprising a dietary model for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), to classify disease states into distinct meaningful groups. This analysis reveals the inherent structure of Raman images, identifies important Raman bands that differentiate tissue/cell states, and provides understanding into biochemical changes and cellular structures associated with disease states which may assist pathologists in achieving more precise diagnoses by offering detailed molecular information about the liver tissue at a cellular spatial level. |
