Biography |
Monir Hossen is working as an Assistant Professor & Chairman in the Department of English at CCN University of Science & Technology, Cumilla, Bangladesh. Earlier he worked as a Lecturer in the Department of English at Uttara University, Dhaka since September 2017 to March 2023, then as an Assistant Professor from April 2023 to June 2023. He began his Career as a Lecturer at CCN-UST in 2017. He completed his BA Honors and MA in English from the Department of English, Comilla University, Bangladesh. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD in Education from Binary University of Management & Entrepreneurship, Malaysia. He has got special interest in Educational Research specially in the field of Teaching ESP, English Language Proficiency Courses, Graduate Employability, Professional Skills Development, Teacher Training, William Shakespeare, Romantic Poetry, Literary Criticism, and Research Methodology. He has presented Research papers in many International Conferences and published a number of research articles in the national and international journals. He has also conducted Workshops, Training and Seminar in various educational issues. Besides his academic responsibilities, he has active participation in various extra curriculum activities like Campaign of Social Awareness, Social Networking, Blood Donating, Tree Plantation and Climate Changes. |
