Biography

Md. Mazharul Islam Bhuiyan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at CCN University of Science & Technology, where he has been serving since 2017. With eight years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership, he is committed to fostering critical thinking, interactive learning, and professional development among students. He has served the university in several important administrative roles, including Proctor (2019–2022), Departmental Coordinator (2017- 2021), and Member of the Academic Council. He is also a member of the Syllabus Committee, contributing actively to curriculum design and academic quality enhancement.
Mr. Bhuiyan holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Chittagong and a BBA in Finance and Banking from the International Islamic University Chittagong. His academic excellence is reflected in his strong academic record and continuous involvement in professional development programs, including workshops on accreditation, micro-teaching, and higher-order learning.
As a researcher, he has authored and co-authored several publications in nationally and internationally recognized journals. His works cover areas such as HR practices, employee retention, green banking, digital competitiveness, educational technology, and student satisfaction. He has also presented papers at multiple international conferences organized by CCNUST. He is known for his strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and passion for student mentorship. His professional affiliations include the CU-CBS MBA Alumni Association and the IIUC DBA Alumni Association. Dedicated, research-driven, and student-centered, Md.
