Scope

After completing the BBA degree successfully, the graduates will have conceptual skills, effective communication skills, leadership skills, managerial skills, team working skills, negotiation skills, technical skills, analyzing, evaluating, and problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and developing and implementing entrepreneurial Skills. The Department of Business Administration (DBA) prepares its graduates to achieve excellence in their professional careers. DBA graduates from this university will:

1. Apply business knowledge in the context of professional employment

Demonstrate knowledge of business concepts, theories, and practices in relevant fields.

Apply disciplinary knowledge in their professional contexts

2. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Capable to think out of the box and innovate ideas into action.

Manage business problems to maximize productivity.

3. Use technology effectively in business settings

Demonstrate familiarity with common technologies and equipment used in business.

Demonstrate capability in the use of analytical and business applications software.

Utilize emerging technologies to build professional networks, corporate branding, and customer relationship using social media.

4. Work effectively toward achieving common goals within diverse teams

Guide teams, as leaders and followers, to achieve team goals while maintaining the group. Cohesion, follower satisfaction, and efficient operations.

Treat others with respect and show sensitivity to their views, values, and cultures.

5. Practice ethical conduct in their professional lives

Demonstrate knowledge about the effect of managers’ ethical conduct on individuals’ motivation and organizations’ performance.
